Connect to Amazon.com Marketplace

Overview:

Our native integration with Amazon.com Marketplace allows you to fully sync products (create new products & update existing products), orders, inventory, fulfillment (shipping feed), and resolve errors.

To connect your portal to your Amazon.com Marketplace account, follow the steps below:

  1. From the dashboard click Services.

  2. Then click Services Library.

    The Service Library page displays.

  3. Locate the Amazon services tile.

  4. Click Add Service.

  5. Enter the Service details:

    • Title: Enter a name for your service. This is only for internal reference, eg. Amazon Service.

    • Seller ID: Reference the Seller ID from Amazon.

    • Marketplace ID: Reference the Marketplace ID from Amazon.

    • AWS Access Key ID: Required only if connecting using root credentials (Old authentication method, phased out. Skip this step for new connections).

    • AWS Secret Access Key ID: Required only if connecting using root credentials (Old authentication method, phased out. Skip this step for new connections).

    • Product Query: Filter which products you want to enable for Amazon Marketplace.

    • Alert Email Address: Will receive emails from the integration in the case of critical errors from the integration.

    • Import FBA Orders: If enabled, FBA orders and fulfillment information import into the portal.

    • Disable Price Feed: If selected, will not feed portal product pricing information to Amazon.

    • Only Import FBA Post Shipment: Wait until Amazon fulfills the order before it imports into the portal. Use in conjunction with “Import FBA Orders”.

    • Disable Item Setup: If enabled, all item setup operations will need to be completed through seller central. Inventory will still be managed from the portal.

    • MWS Auth Token: Required if using delegation authorization. This field will be auto-populated when adding the service.

  6. Click Save.
