Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)

Selling on Amazon has never been easier.  Acenda is natively integrated with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

To get started follow the steps below:

Setup Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment
1. Create an Amazon Seller Central Account.
2. Once your Seller Central Account is created then go to Settings > Fulfillment by Amazon > Multi-Channel Fulfillment Settings
3. Enter values for "Packing Slip - Merchant Name" and "Packing Slip - Text".
4. Activate "Amazon Marketplace Web Service" (Amazon AWS).
5. Log in and select the radio button "I want to access my own Amazon seller account with MWS." and click Next
6. Agree to the Amazon MWS terms. Document your AWS credentials. You'll need them later.
  • Seller ID
  • Marketplace ID: You must copy the value for the ID. Note the red star in the screenshot above.
  • AWS Access Key ID
  • Secret Key
Acenda Setup
1. From the Acenda dashboard click Services
2. Then click Services Library
The Services Library displays. Locate the Amazon Seller Central services tile.
3. Click Add Service

4. Enter the Service details:

  • Status: Activate or De-active the Amazon service.
  • Title: Name your Amazon Service, eg. Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment.
  • Seller ID, Marketplace ID, AWS Access Key ID, AWS Secret Access Key: Enter the credentials from your Amazon account.
  • Order Filter: You can adjust the query to only transmit select orders to Amazon.
  • Override Acenda Stock: If selected the inventory levels at Amazon will override the local Acenda inventory_qty value. We recommend this checkbox be active.
